It's hard to let go!
Here's a pic of Thomas' bed as it looked this morning - not slept in!! It would be really big news if he had actually made his bed but for the first time in the almost 8 years since we brought him home from the hospital, he slept away from home...he's away for a couple of nights... mommy and daddy are in serious withdrawal but know he's having loads of fun...can't wait to have him back with us and he's not leaving again until it's time to head off to university - and even then, we'll see!!lol Ah, it's not easy letting go!

Hey Julie....I know your pain! Kyle is a child who had never slept away from home until a few years ago when he started with sleepovers. He has only slept over at a few friends houses and only for one night but this summer he went to our friends cabin and spent 3 nights with them. He had so much fun but it was so hard on me. I missed him so much and since then he hasn't been away for more than one day at a time! Hang in there till Thomas gets home..you can do it!
